Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. is a sisterhood that lives by the motto “A community conscious, action-oriented organization”. The Illustrious Xi Rho chapter is “a force to be reckoned with” when it comes serving our community and the people. The Xi Rho chapter strives to provide action upon Miami University’s campus and surrounding communities with educational and social programs and beneficiary fundraising.

We support our national philanthropy, March of Dimes by raising money for pre-mature babies of the world so they may receive the full care that they need. Outside our philanthropy we provide programs that exemplify our core principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterly Love, and Finer Womanhood. Our signature programs are “Speak On It” Scholarship Poetry Competition and Soul Food. Xi Rho always tries to out do ourselves when it comes to programming because we believe it is important to give people more that what is expected. We also support and participate in other events that uplift the Miami community as a whole and its sub-communities. Xi Rho believes that it is important to have a bond with the university and everyone that makes it what it is today.

The Illustrious Xi Rho chapter is a respected and admired chapter that has been providing service for the past ten years. As a chapter we will continue to go higher in all of our principles and live by our motto. We strive to be a force on campus while encouraging others to take action in all aspects of their lives and others. As a chapter we do not look at our sorority as just an organization, it is who we are as finer women.
